Adriel Mingo

Adriel is a 2010 graduate of Brockton High School (BHS). Before attending Brockton High he transferred from St. Joseph High School in Guyana. For most of his time at BHS he was on the honor roll. The classes he enjoyed at BHS were Chemistry, Biology and Nursing, English and History. He plans to go to to pursue a major in Computer Science  and a minor in some other interesting area such as marketing or health. He was a very active student at BHS, participating in Varsity Tennis, Track, Intramural Ping Pong and clubs such as the Key Club, International club, Teri club and Drama Club.

Adriel’s ultimate goal is to become a Computer software engineer for one of the large technology companies and/or to start his own tech business. For now he is trying to get as much preparation as he can through blogging and offering freelance technology and social media consultancy services through his startup business Creative Art Inc. He is also interested in starting intensive prevention programs promoting awareness of dental hygiene and the dangers of alcohol consumption. He considers himself a jack-of-all-trades and is also a technology fanatic and tinkers with his gadgets and is always eager to learn of new advancements. By joining RRTN, Adriel hopes to play a part in understanding and shaping society and not just to watch it go by as a spectator.

At RRTN, Adriel is involved in technological and Literary work, such as creating and populating a cultural historical platform (ADIAS), developing mobile applications, a hands-on virtual lab for local and foreign students, and being a site master for sites related to RRTN. He is also co-manager of the Ventures aspect of RRTN of which his startups Creative Art Inc and Ascent Health were guided.
